Physical attendance in combination with appropriate presentation of accepted work is at the very heart of a scientific conference. As in previous years, at Eurographics 2027 we would like to make these expectations explicit to ensure the best possible experience for both authors and attendees, while preserving the quality and integrity of scientific discussion. Accordingly:
At least one author of each accepted contribution must register for the conference and present the work in person. In-person presentation is a condition for publication. Accepted contributions that are not presented on site will not be published. Remote presentations and pre-recorded videos do not fulfill this requirement.
Exceptions may be granted only in extraordinary circumstances, such as serious health issues or visa-related difficulties. Requests must be supported by appropriate documentation and are subject to approval by Conference Chairs / Track Chairs.
