Conference Venue

Eurographics 2027 will take place at the IMT Campus in Lucca, a unique venue located within the city’s iconic Renaissance walls. Housed in a complex of beautifully restored historic buildings, the campus seamlessly combines architectural heritage with state-of-the-art research facilities, providing an inspiring setting for scientific exchange, innovation, and collaboration.

Nestled in the heart of Tuscany, Lucca is one of Italy’s most charming and best-preserved historic cities. Founded in Roman times and renowned for its remarkably intact Renaissance walls, elegant churches, and picturesque streets, it offers visitors a rich blend of history, culture, and vibrant local life. Participants will have the opportunity to explore its historic center, stroll or cycle along the tree-lined city walls, and experience the renowned Tuscan culinary and wine traditions.

Lucca’s central location also makes it an ideal base for discovering some of Italy’s most celebrated destinations, including Pisa and Florence, while excellent national and international transport connections ensure convenient access for visitors from around the world.

Conference Location

The conference will be hosted at the impressive facilities of the IMT School for Advanced Studies, a public research institution and a graduate and PhD school that regularly hosts scientific events.

Activities will be held across two main sites, the San Francesco complex and the San Micheletto complex, located in the historic city center of Lucca and within walking distance of each other.

Campuses and Facilities

The IMT campus is located in the San Francesco complex. It is the main venue of the conference, while the San Micheletto campus provides additional conference facilities. Both locations offer lecture halls and meeting rooms that will accommodate the different tracks of the conference

The two sites are easily accessible and well connected by the main transportation routes serving the venues from within and outside the city.
